All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday but we usually ship 5 days a week in especially busy periods.
If you are in a real hurry, please email email@example.com and we can try and help you out. UK orders are sent by first class post so should arrive 1-3 days after shipping.
Small overseas orders are all sent via regular airmail – for most places this service should take 5-7 working days, however sometimes customs steps in to hold up parcels so unfortunately we cannot offer guaranteed delivery dates for overseas. That said, of course we will do our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible.
International orders over £30 will be sent via DHL and full tracking will be available. Most DHL parcels arrive in around 3 working days.
Unless you chose to add tracking to your order, we send everything via First Class Royal Mail. If you are in the UK please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive. Overseas can take up to 3 weeks. If this time has passed please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Currently the only products with tracking are Rock n Roll Bride Planners sent overseas. If you have ordered one of these and not received a tracking number please drop us a line email@example.com and we will send it over for you.

We ship both clubs at the start of each month. We ship to the address associated with your subscription on your PayPal account at the time your last payment was taken. Please do make sure this is up to date so that your subscription arrives where you want it to. Please note that payments taken are for the boxes shipped the following month, so if your payment was taken in June, you will next receive the July box/pin.
Yes, of course! Unsubscribe anytime by heading to your Paypal account, find your last payment, click it and click cancel. No further payments will be taken. If you have any issues please do get in touch on email@example.com
