Adulthood Checklist Funny Birthday Card
So I remember being a child and resenting my Mum for being able to decide her own bed time and eat what she wanted with no external figure telling her not to. (Except obviously women's magazines and society as a whole. But these seem less important when you're 9.)
Having been an adult for a number of years now, I realise the foolishness of my youth. Along with the freedom to make my own choices now, I carry the heavy burden of responsibility and guilt.
Rather than list absolutely everything wrong with being an adult I've kept it short and sweet with "Adulthood checklist, responsibility, bills, laundry, the freedom to eat cake for breakfast" because that's what it's all about.
A6 size when folded, supplied with white envelope.
