Switching Off Your Brain A Bit Stationery Bundle
Having a brain is a pretty exhausting task. Especially if, like me, yours likes to wake you up at 3am and remind you of all the stresses and regrets of your day/life.
So I've put together a neat little set to help you work with your brain and get some lovely, much needed down time.
An A4 desk pad features spots for your to do lists, a daily habit tracker, a little spot for an action plan when things are keeping you awake, as well as a bit at the bottom where you can note down something that will make your life easier and a lovely thing you could focus on instead of worrying.
Use it alongside its little pal, an A5 dotted page 'Overflow for my Brain' notebook, that can be used as a bullet journal if you are that way inclined, or just as a regular notebook if you can't be bothered with all that.
